Nespra LLC ("we/us/our") trading as (the "services") is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors available at our Website to you ("you/yours or "user") (or any other party authorised by you to use the Service on the Website in accordance with these terms of use or as otherwise permitted by us from time to time). Personal information will only be supplied voluntarily and when strictly necessary to use any Nespra service or send requests to AP4 Project Managers.

1.1) If you decide to register with and use AP4 Project you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. By submitting Your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

1.2) We may also collect information about your usage, anonymously track and report a user’s activity, of the Website and of the Service, as well as information about you, from emails, phone calls or letters that you send to us or form information that you post on our Website. 1.3) If you are 16 years old or younger you may not register with us on the Website. If We become aware that you are 16 years old or younger and you have not obtained such permission, we will remove your personal information from our records. We work with third parties who provide services such as the provisions of infrastructure, IT services, e-mail delivery services, credit card processing and other similar services. Users implicitly consent to this in accordance with article 20 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Portuguese legal system.

5.2) Regardless of the aforementioned, once data is transferred to another country, the laws of that country also apply to the entities operating there, whether native or not, namely those laws concerning access to personal information by authorities, such as the police, and tax or security departments. Furthermore, whenever legally or judicially required by authorities, users agree and accept that Nespra will grant those entities access to users’ personal information.

5.5) As far as legally possible under the applicable legislation, Nespra will not be liable for any failure and/or loss of storage of any message, data or content, either due to, but not limited to, network disturbances, computer failure, errors and/or faults from the Internet service provider.
